We are approved to work through most insurance providers such as:
It’s often a very good idea to use your private healthcare insurance to pay for your therapy, the first step in that process is to contact your personal private medical insurance company and check that your policy covers you to receive clinical therapy. Most will agree to cover costs for an initial eight to ten therapy sessions and later extend this depending on progress made in treatment.
To qualify for some cover you may need a referral from your G.P. depending on the terms outlined in your individual policy but this isn’t always necessary so please ask your Insurer first.
Most times your provider will contact us for you if you supply them with the provider name listed in boxes below or they may provide you with a ‘pre-authorisation code’, which you can simply pass to us when treatment begins. We will then invoice them direct to fund your treatment so that worry will be taken off of your hands.
An increasing number of larger organizations provide an Employee Assistance Programme (E.A.P) For their staff.
Ask your personnel department if they will refer you through their own insurers.
Certain therapies are more effective than others at treating different conditions. We would discuss which is the most appropriate to you.
We are committed to providing you with a safe, confidential space to talk, explore, heal and grow. Our therapists will help you to understand your areas of difficulty, gain relief from present symptoms and develop resources to cope in the future.
We believe in a mind-body connection so that improvements in psychological well-being translate into physical vitality. The benefits of our psychotherapy include self-insight, inner fulfilment, raised self-esteem, a positive outlook and improved relationships.
